Sales (IC) Lead Associate - Hospital and Health Systems
JOB SUMMARY
The Sales (IC) Lead Associate - Hospital and Health Systems is responsible for ensuring sales team goal attainment and growth through lead generation, product penetration and other sales achievements of a cross-segment sales team within assigned territories. As a Sales Lead Associate, you will be able to utilize your independent, strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills. In the Sales Lead Associate role, you will have additional oversight to inside and/or outside sales representatives and possibly corporate relationships.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Meet sales objectives in individual territory.Responsible for meeting sales goals as defined.Meet productivity requirements with regard to quality customer interaction.Daily goals for reach and frequency as defined by outbound callsComplete all administrative requirements on time.Creative, entrepreneurial approach to territory and account managementAccountable for account planning, development of sales strategy, routine weekly reports and special reporting requests.Collaborative team playerPerform at high level while being efficient and compliant with budget and policy.Accountable for budget and reporting on activities with HCP’s.Attend industry and corporate meetings and events in and out of territory.QUALIFICATIONS
Either Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 3+ years' relative work experience, OR Master’s Degree preferredMS Office, Computer proficiencyAdditional experience in SAP, SalesForce, and TPS a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsKnowledge of managed care operations.Experience with business plan development.Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.Proven ability to self-motivate.If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
