Responsible for the administration of Sales Incentive Compensation plans for a portion of the US Go-To-Market teams including data compilation, crediting rule application, payout calculations, and management review. Support the management of Incentive Compensation governance
Essential Functions
Compile Incentive Compensation datasets from IQVIA revenue or CRM systemsApply crediting rulesUpload credited datasets to Sales Performance Management software (Varicent)Review achievement and payout results with SIP participants and managersManage exception requestsEnsure eligible participants are on sales incentive plan (i.e. new hires)Participate in the annual Incentive Compensation Governance program (plan development and target setting)Support special sales programs and contests as neededQualifications
