Learn more at www.varonis.com.The Role:  We are looking for a talented Sales Incentive Systems Project Manager to join our IT Business Applications team and be responsible for Varonis Financial Information Systems.   The Location: We are considering candidates who are able to work by remote model based on the East Coast.   The Requirements:4+ years of experience in managing and implementing financial IT systems projects  Experience with Incentive Compensation Management Systems – Mandatory  Experience with Xactly Incentive system (Incent, Connect, CEA) – Big Advantage  Experience with NetSuite - Advantage  Strong techno-financial functional skills with a good understanding of end-to-end business processes  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Excellent time management and organizational skills  Attention to details  Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team or independently  Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment with cross-functional teams   The Responsibilities: Manage the successful design and implementation of various financial requirements, processes, and systems.  Provide implementation expertise and work with the business to collect, understand, and design business requirements and processes.  Assist with the configuration and testing of systems.  Lead and manage project scope, risks, and timelines in collaboration with various teams.  Develop and implement project management plans and methodologies.  Provide training and support to end users on new financial systems and processes.     We invite you to check out our Instagram Page to gain further insight into the Varonis culture! @VaronisLife Varonis is an equal opportunity employer.
