Purpose: The Incentives Senior Analyst will maintain, access, and analyze sales data to pay and administer field sales compensation, while developing and administering incentive plans. The Incentives Senior Analyst also provides routine/ad-hoc reporting to Sales and Marketing management. You will be responsible for: Managing periodical processing of incentive compensation payments and reports. Designing and updating existing incentive compensation plan according to sales incentive needs. Developing and coordinating eligibility rules governing incentive compensation. Conducting Incentive Compensation plan communications to the field. Providing timely and accurate response to questions from sales management. Performing an assessment of compensation plan effectiveness. Analyzing plan performance, conducts ad hoc analysis, and providing analytical support to the design process. Performing monthly/quarterly performance tracking. Generating ad hoc report. Leading project management and process improvement activities. Conducting annual market total cash analysis. Developing and organizing ongoing training of compensation systems and reporting tools. **Qualifications** Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Experience and Skills: A minimum of 4 years of related experience is required (roles as for example Field Force Effectiveness Analyst/Coordinator, Sales Compensation Analyst/Coordinator). Experience in sales, marketing, finance, or analytics is required. Knowledge of the sales incentive compensation process is preferred. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Experience in leveraging insights/analytics to develop comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions is preferred. Proficiency in English (Intermediate Level) is required. This position is based in Panamá or Colombia and may require up to 5% of travel.
