The Sales Instructional Designer is responsible for design and development of all training and education for all sales division programs. Enhance the sales skills of the sales professionals through the uses of multiple resources (audio, printed material, video, web-ex, etc.).

Job Description:
Effectively develop course content and materials as well as facilitators' and participants' guides for sales programs as applicableProfessionally create PowerPoint Presentations to be used in sales division training programsEffectively develop and document appropriate delivery method to be used by trainersResponsible to create the High Level Course Design documentPerformance Measurements:
Develop business purpose, target population, course objectives, course maps, task analysis plan, assessment plan for client programs as appropriateDesign lesson objectives, instructional strategy, delivery media and assessment for client programs as appropriateProvide weekly status reports to include planned and unplanned tasks started and completedPromptly notify management when risks are identified and make necessary adjustments to complete tasks on targetQualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related subject required; Master's Degree preferred5+ years in instructional design with a concentration in sales development and strategiesExperience applying principles of behavioral sciences and adult learningExperience systematically searching for related informationStrong critical thinking abilities (abstract and concrete) with a tolerance for ambiguityStrong analytical, problem solving, planning and organizational skillsWhat You Can Expect From 2020 Companies
