The Sales Insurance Associate helps facilitate the day-to-day operation of MMA Private Client Services National Pacific Sales. This entails collaborating with the regional sales teams to provide critical support including quoting, risk reporting, proposals, onboarding, and other projects. Assist in the new business process by completing location checks, risk reporting, quoting, proposals, binding, and special projectsAssist in the new business process by establishing Applied file, creating binders, identification cards, cancellation forms, new client onboarding, and coordination of new business policy deliveryProcess endorsements, mortgagee/lienholder inquiries, client identification requests, and billing inquiriesFacilitate day-to-day operation of sales colleagues by updating team library and carrier directoriesQuote coverages via carrier websites, locate carrier specific information, and obtain policy declarationsProvide support to Manager/team with event planning, scheduling, and projects as requiredInteract with colleagues to assure work assignments given are prioritized as to importance, date needed, and are delivered error-free and prior to deadlineWhat you need to have:
College degree and 2 years of personal lines insurance experience preferredStrong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to navigate through multiple systems without assistanceExcellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlinesDetail oriented to ensure accuracyPossess self-discipline, self-motivation, and ability to meet assigned objectivesAbility to analyze data and interpret appropriate actionAbility to work well within established proceduresAbility to work collaboratively in a matrix environmentHolds appropriate P&C license or ability to obtain after 30-days of hireWhat makes you stand out?

The applicable base salary range for this role is $45,700 to $85,300.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
