Sales Intern
As a member of the Sales Team at OnLogic, you will learn about our consultative sales approach and be able to put that knowledge to practice by interacting with customers on a variety of topics. You will have the opportunity to learn about our sales functions across the various teams within our sales organization. You will also develop your customer engagement skills to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This internship will take place in the summer for 20 to 40 hours per week, onsite at either our South Burlington, Vermont or Cary, North Carolina office. Here, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to a dynamic team environment. Requirements + A junior or senior enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or a recent college graduate + A business, computer science, data analytics or related major + Experience in customer facing sales, or service roles + Demonstrated ability to learn new processes quickly and efficiently + Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment + Available up to 20 hours per week + Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Who we're looking for: + Entrepreneurial-minded with a strong sense of individual accountability and a desire to learn the consultative sales process + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Self-motivated with the ability to solve problems creatively and strategically + Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions + Collaborating closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales process The team you will be joining: Our sales team is made up of a range of highly-impactful roles, with opportunities to demonstrate great sales leadership and customer service at every stage of the sales cycle!
