What You Will Do:

Gain a comprehensive understanding of how new construction and renovation projects are developed, furnished, and completed.Collaborate with Allegion Field Sales professionals to support their roles and learn best practices.Familiarize yourself with Construction Division 8 products and standards.Utilize digital tools and work with the sales team to qualify project leads.Develop target account queries in Dodge and share them with the sales team.Participate in Allegion product and sales training sessions.Obtain experience that creates a foundation for growth and future opportunities with Allegion.Act as the first point of contact for Allegion customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone and email.Gain hands-on experience with sales processes, contributing to the development and optimization of sales strategies and workflows.

What You Need to Succeed:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, architecture, construction, or a related field.Completion of junior year or above by the start of the internship.Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative (e.g., school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, leadership on school or work projects, etc.).Passion for building relationships.Competitive spirit and desire to be part of a winning team.High internal motivation, creativity, and forward-thinking ability.Excellent communication skills, particularly in creating and delivering recommendations and information to groups.Strong organizational skills and technological savvy.Ability to stay organized and detail oriented.Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
