As an Intern at C&S, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the wholesale grocery industry, contribute to meaningful projects, and better understand what goes into running one of the largest privately held companies in the US. Job DescriptionAssist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the assigned department.Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas and insights.Aid in further enhancing department tools, templates and methodologiesGain exposure and knowledge on department functionalitiesDevelop positive professional relationships across departmentsComplete special projects as assigned by your managerComplete an end-of-internship presentation to showcase the completion of learning objectivesSupport new business initiatives in the region Work with customers to support their buying decisions and needs Engage with various departments at C&S to complete projectsCollect, analyze, and present data regarding business processes and potential improvements

We’re searching for interns that are:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program from an accredited university In good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or betterSenior standing at the time of the internshipCurrently majoring in Supply Chain, Communications, Business Administration, or a related fieldProficient with Google’s suite of products preferred Proficient with Excel requiredStrong communicator, both written and verbalAble to think outside of the box and solve problemsAble to work both with a team and be independently successfullyProactive, eager to learn, and equipped with strong customer service skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and support our teamDetail-oriented, analytical, organized, and capable of using critical thinking to solve complex problemsFamiliar with the grocery industry preferably
