What You’ll Be Doing + Collaborate & Create: Work with our design team, installers, and management to bring custom window treatments to life for clients. + Full Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales journey—from initial consultation to quoting, follow-ups, and placing orders, with support from our office team. + Be the Expert: Provide personalized recommendations to ensure each client’s vision is realized. + Team Spirit: Be part of a supportive team committed to exceptional service and successful project outcomes. A Day in the Life + Client Interaction & Sales: Meet clients in our showroom or in their homes, providing personalized design advice and guiding them through the selection process. + Sales Process & Ordering: Prepare quotes, place orders, and ensure satisfaction from start to finish, managing all the details from measurements to project timelines. + Lead Generation & Follow-Up: While leads are provided, your networking skills are always an asset! Stay connected with clients to maintain a high closing rate. + Team Collaboration: Work closely with installers and operations to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience. Who We’re Looking For + Design Enthusiast: A background in interior design or interior decorating and/or experience with selling in-home products (such as furniture, window treatments, and custom upholstery) is desired. + Sales Experience: To be considered, candidates must have experience with sales processes that require quoting, accurate measuring, and project management. Ideally, our candidates have experience conducting sales appointments with clients within their homes. Candidates with retail/sales floor experience in the design industry or from industries such as real estate or home staging may also be considered. + People Person: Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members. You're a natural account manager and relationship builder. Account and project management have been part and parcel to your sales and design experience. + Adaptable & Positive: You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple projects with a positive outlook. You're adept with invoking tooling to keep you organized. + Quoterite Knowledge: Experience with Quoterite is helpful but not essential. Ready to Have Fun While You Work?
