Sales Lead (Call Center) Full Time • Fully Remote - US Job Title:Call Center Sales Lead Location: Remote BUT ONLY accepting applicants in the San Francisco Bay Area or Sonoma County Reports to: Call Center Manager Status: Part-Time or Full-Time Are you passionate about water safety and enthusiastic about promoting swimming lessons? British Swim School Bay Area is looking for a dynamic and motivated PSales Lead to join our team. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand the importance of water safety and the benefits of our swim lessons. Your primary goal is to connect with families, promote our programs, and enroll students in our swim school, ensuring they have a positive and impactful experience. The Sales Lead at British Swim School Bay Area focuses on improving student enrollment by taking sales calls and following up on warm leads. In addition to improving student enrollment, the sales lead also trains, coaches, and develops the sales skills of the rest of the Call Center Representatives to improve student enrollment in the British Swim School Aquatics Program. Focuses also includes customer experience, engagement, customer enrollment(sales), and managing all customer inquiries and concerns, but also has the experience and leadership skills to back-up the CSR Supervisor. While the Sales Lead will deliver exceptional solution-oriented customer service, this role will also provide some CSR team oversight under the guidance of the CSR Supervisor. Knowledge, Skills and Ability + Enthusiastic, assertive personality with excellent customer service & team-building skills + Strong listener with a sense of urgency to resolve issues or provide solutions + Effectively communicate with customers, bi-lingual is a plus + Disciplined to follow schedules, policies, and procedures of British Swim School + Able to multi-task using phone systems and appropriate computer programs. + Ability to lead, train and coach associates on sales and customer service matters Qualifications + Minimum of 2 years of customer service and sales experience, with a proven track record of training/coaching/leading other team members + High School or some college education or equivalent experience. + Must have quiet space without distractions for work Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week Benefits: + 401(k) + Dental insurance + Health insurance + Paid time off + Vision insurance Schedule: + Day shift + Evening shift + Every weekend Location: + San Francisco Bay Area, CA (Required) Work Location: Remote This is a remote position.
