Description Position at SBM Management

SBM is searching for an experienced and well-organized Sales Lead Generator to join our team! The Sales Lead Generator is responsible for identifying, developing, and qualifying new sales opportunities through targeted lead generation activities. This role will focus on prospecting, researching potential customers, and helping drive the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen understanding of the sales process, and the ability to build relationships with prospects. This position will be expected to increase the number of outbound leads driven to the sales team and may be required to qualify in-bound leads.

Responsibilities

Identifies Your Target Audience, Create a Sales FunnelAttract new clients and create sales pipelinesManage a database of leads and capture and add new leads for sales cycles.Contact prospective clients via outbound email and cold calling and discuss the value of a product or service to establish interest.Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant informationEnsure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materialArrange and ship sales materials for trade shows or conferences.Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelinessInform clients of unforeseen delays or problemsSupport sales teams around the countryAssist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or eventsSales Lead Generator to answer phone calls and emails about sales questions or concerns.Sales Lead Generator might follow up with sales representatives.Ensure adherence to laws and policies

Qualifications

BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an assetProven experience in sales; experience as a Sales Lead Generator.Work experience in a similar setting, preferably with customer service, sales, or office administrationFamiliarity with CRM, Salesforce softwareStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint and ExcelProficiency in EnglishWell-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA team player with a high level of dedicationMust be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress work environment.

Compensation: $60,000 - 70,000 per year 

Shift: Full - Time
