Sales Lead to Order Specialist

As the Sales Lead to order Specialist  you will be responsible for proactively driving marketing lead generation and qualification activities and processes to accelerate incremental revenue growth in MEA.  Aside from the main role of managing marketing-generated leads and helping drive leads opportunities in the region, you will also be in-charge of maintaining and improving the quality of the marketing database to develop more effective and targeted lead generation activities, and provide administrative marketing support when needed.

This position is based in Dubai Veralto office, with 3 days in the office.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Marketing Lead Management Duties (Approx. 85%)

Support driving leads to order in MEA

Engage customers and prospects via phone and email to identify sales opportunities for immediate closure, funnel placement or assignment

Conduct tele-lead generation to support marketing activities and campaigns

Conduct lead qualification to qualify all leads assigned from marketing activities (events, SEO, PPC, third part databases, etc) using established internal processes

Assign qualified leads to channel partners and/or ISS team to respond to customer inquiries

Utilize funnel management practices to progress opportunities to close

Engage in marketing KPIs through visual management, PSP and countermeasures where appropriate.

Regularly update data on SFDC

Marketing Visibility Duties (Approx. 15%)

Support driving the visibility initiative in MEA

Populate and maintain highest standards of data accuracy and integrity in SFDC

Ensure account visibility criteria is applied to all assigned accounts

Work with the commercial team and channel partners to achieve visibility KPIs

The essential requirements of the job include:

Up to 3 years of experience in customer service and/or sales experiences in the Water Industry

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred (Water, Process, Chemical or Environmental Sciences)

Languages: English and Arabic proficiency a must. Knowledge of the French language is advantageous

Knowledge of marketing leads generation methods and handling.

Basic knowledge in Salesforce

Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, data extraction and data analysis.
