Sales Liaison
BrightStar Care, the most awarded home care provider in the nation, is looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join our Sales team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing to hospitals, clinics, home health/hospice offices and assisted living facilities. The Homecare Sales Liaison is responsible for developing new business and growing existing business to increase skilled and unskilled home care services – by establishing and maintaining professional contacts that will develop into sales leads.  They will have a strong presence in the community and actively promote the BrightStar Care brand.  The ideal candidate will have previous homecare experience, who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships.  Pay:  $70-80K + Commission   What We Offer our Sales Liaison :   At BrightStar Care, we value each of our employees and care about their well-being.  We strive to provide best-in-class benefits packages, including:   * #1 Ranked Home Health Care Company in the Nation by category - Forbes Magazine * Joint Commission Accreditation Enterprise Champion for Quality seven years running * Home Care Pulse Leader in Experience - seven years running * Medical, Dental and Vision, Accident, and Critical Illness Insurance * Free 20K Life Insurance * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Free Continuing Education * Paid Time Off * Modern high-tech work environment * Team oriented office culture * Competitive base salary plus commission * Simple IRA with 3% matching contribution   Sales Responsibilities for our Sales Liaison:   * Assistant to Director of Clinical Operations to Support all Sales functions * Research, develop and execute Annual Sales Plans * Develop new referrals and maintain existing one to enhance overall sales * Generate new business from referral sources * Call on referral sources – healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, case managers, etc  to educate them on our services in order to generate sales for skilled and unskilled Private Duty Home Care services * Join and attend area networking groups’ events * Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community * Establish and maintain excellent working rapport wit health care professionals and referral sources * Meet or exceed established sales targets * Record and report on sales * Participate in Client Visits and Caregiver Introductions * Prepare sales reports * Assist with Daily Caregiver and Nurse Staffing * On-Call responsibilities * Other duties as assigned    Requirements for our Sales Liaison:   * Associate’s degree required; B.A. preferred * Minimum five-years’ experience in the field preferred * Adhere to HIPAA and Maintain Client Confidentiality * Treats clients, staff, and the public with courtesy and respect * Presents a positive public image * Professional References * Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical * Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving * Demonstrated working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting * 3+ years of sales and/or marketing experience * Goal oriented.
