The Sales department is looking for a Sales Management Intern to join their team in Eden Prairie!

Position Summary:

Are you a highly motivated and organized student looking to gain valuable experience in Sales Management? Cambria offers an exciting internship opportunity to work alongside our experienced sales leaders. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, from researching strategic Sales investments, to analyzing the existing workflow processes for enhancements, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the sales process. You will also actively support our national Sales team and contribute to efficient business administration.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete and present a capstone project related to department business needs. This will include research, analysis, and presenting the overall findings and suggestions to peers and Cambria Leaders.

Analyze the current Sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop innovative tools and presentations to enhance sales effectiveness.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

Utilize Google Suite and Microsoft products to create engaging presentations, analyze data, and develop effective communication plans.

Provide administrative support to executive leaders, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and drafting correspondence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects, improve sales operations, and implement effective programs.

Complete special projects as assigned. 

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong attention to detail 

Critical thinking and analytical skills 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Ability to work independently or within a team 

Able to work effectively under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and successfully meet deadlines

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, or similar major.  Expected graduation date of 2025, 2026, and 2027.

Experience: Some experience in a related field preferred

Systems: Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suites. Experience with a CRM system is preferred, along with a strong analytical acumen

Additional Requirements:

Managerial Responsibilities: No

Travel Requirements: Limited travel locally (Eden Prairie, Belle Plaine and Le Sueur)

Physical Requirements: In-office position requiring telephone and computer use.  Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials

Program Dates: May 19, 2025 - August 8, 2025; M-F; 40 hour work week
