SUMMARY 
Develop and Implement recruiting plans and initiatives that focus on retail management staffing. Support specific regions on the hiring needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Support assigned Regions on external DM and GM hiring needs.Source, pre-screen and interview retail management candidates.Schedule pre-qualified GM candidates for upcoming assessment centers.Maintain robust external candidate pipelineDevelop and Implement recruiting plans and initiatives that focus on retail management staffing.Implement recruiting plans and initiatives that focus on diversity staffing.Develop and maintain sourcing relationships with appropriate third-party organizations entities in order to support staffing needs (technical schools colleges, military, diversity, etc.).Assist with implementation of applicant tracking system in retail store locations.Partner directly with Regional HR Manager(s) to determine future hiring needs.Partner closely with District Managers to understand dynamics and staffing trends.Work with business partners to identify and address training needs in the areas of recruiting and selection.Monitor and analyze recruiting, diversity, retention and other related metrics in order to support staffing plans initiatives.Maintain a current knowledge and awareness of staffing recruiting diversity best practices.Provide leadership and or support on special projects as assigned.Reports indirectly to Director Talent Acquisition, Store Operations

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, decision making and development planning skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office software required. Bilingual skills strongly preferred.Retail and or field experience strongly preferred.Ability to travel as necessary.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; and 3-5 years recruiting experience at a national level, with at least 2 years multi-unit customer service oriented; or Equivalent combination of experience and education
