SUMMARY
Develop and Implement recruiting plans and initiatives that focus on retail management staffing. Support specific regions on the hiring needs.

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, decision making and development planning skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office software required. Bilingual skills strongly preferred.Retail and or field experience strongly preferred.Ability to travel as necessary.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; and 3-5 years recruiting experience at a national level, with at least 2 years multi-unit customer service oriented; or Equivalent combination of experience and educationCalifornia Residents click below for Privacy Notice:
