As the RVP, Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for first-line leadership and motivating our high-performing sales team to drive revenue in the upmarket segment. This role requires a deep understanding of solution selling, the MEDDPICC sales methodology, and a passion for driving success. If you are a high-energy, inspirational, highly motivated, and goal-oriented sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you to make a significant impact on driving Eptura’s GTM strategy and achieving our ambitious revenue targets **Responsibilities** : + **Lead, coach, and inspire** : Lead, coach, and inspire a team of strategic enterprise sales professionals with various levels of experience to achieve and exceed revenue targets. + **Comprehensive sales strategy** : Execute and deliver a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and expand our presence in the enterprise segment, accounting for the complexities of recent mergers and acquisitions. + **Adoption of methodologies** : Drive the adoption of Eptura’s Sales Playbook and solution selling methodologies, particularly the MEDDPICC sales methodology, to ensure consistent and effective sales processes across the team. + **Relationships with key decision-makers** : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. + **Performance metrics** : Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed within the team. + **Sales forecasts and reports** : Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership, highlighting key wins, challenges, and growth opportunities. + **Improve GTM process** : Collaborate with senior leadership to assess and improve the current GTM process, methodologies, infrastructure, and metrics, creating a strategy to scale the organization and increase revenue to meet the goals of the leadership team, board, and investors. + **Monitor revenue pipeline** : Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create repeatable, sustainable growth. + **Prospect and nurture relationships** : Prospect, win, and nurture relationships with key clients, meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. + **Scale organizational headcount** : Scale the global organizational headcount, fill gaps, and champion internal career progression in line with business needs through hiring, mentoring, onboarding, and coaching a top-tier sales team. + **Culture of predictability and accountability** : Inspire, encourage, enable, and develop high performers while building a culture of predictability and accountability. + **Partner with Marketing** : Partner with Marketing to track lead-to-sale conversions, enhance messaging, and create a tactical demand generation funnel. + **Address scale-up challenges** : Address the unique challenges of a scale-up environment and foster a culture of agility and adaptability within the sales team. **About you** **:** + **Experience in high-growth phase** : Experience leading a sales organization at a high-growth scale-up phase in the enterprise sales space. + **Managing diverse teams** : Proven experience managing teams with various levels of experience, especially within companies that have undergone mergers and acquisitions. + **Experience in Enterprise Software** : Experience selling Enterprise Software and managing teams landing net new business and a successful track record of expanding existing business. + **Data-driven approach** : Data-driven/metrics-oriented approach, with an understanding of how to build a high-performing and repeatable sales process. + **Highly organized** : Highly organized, self-directed business style, with a strong ability to prioritize. + **Executive and business leader** : Seasoned executive, business leader, and diplomat who knows how to navigate the boardroom effortlessly and present well in front of stakeholders. + **Track record in hiring and developing teams** : Track record of hiring, developing, motivating, mentoring, and retaining world-class sales teams to meet ambitious goals, including mid-level managers and directors. + **Adaptability** : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. **Benefits:** ** ** + Health, Dental, Vision & Pet Insurance + Dependent, Spousal and Domestic Partner coverage available + Up to $1000 Company HSA Contribution + Medical, Dependent Care and Limited FSA Accounts + Income Protection and Replacement - 100% Company Paid + Short Term Disability + Long Term Disability + Life Insurance + Employee Assistance Program + Flexible PTO + 401K with company match **Eptura Information** **:** + Follow us on Twitter | LinkedIn | YouTube + Eptura is an Equal Opportunity Employer.At Eptura we promote our flexible workspace environment, free from discrimination.
