Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Audit & Refurbishment (A&R) Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for selling A&R Services to our Actiflo™ Installed Base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, supervising service contractor partnerships, overseeing the execution of A&R projects, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of our refurbished Actiflo™ systems. This individual will posses a strong technical background of Actiflo™ systems, including centrifugal slurry pumps, top-mounted mixers, clarifier gear drives / scraper systems, PLCs, hydrocyclones, chemical feed equipment, and various fabricated parts. This position is remote based with a moderate travel requirement (~30%).
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue for A&R Services to our Actiflo™ Installed Base.
Manage the aftermarket inquiries and spare parts for installed Actiflo™ systems throughout the US and promote our A&R services.
Identify refurbishment opportunities for Actiflo™ systems installed throughout the US, including both industrial and municipal installations.
Expand A&R services to new markets, including competitors’ sand ballasted clarifiers and lamella settling systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our Actiflo™ Installed Base, plant operators, equipment suppliers, fabricators, external sales reps, and mechanical contractors.
Collaborate with equipment suppliers and mechanical contractors to ensure our service quality and performance meets or exceeds customers’ expectations.
Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability, considering the unique value proposition of our A&R Services for Actiflo™ systems.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the discoveries of the audit process (performed by Veolia technicians and/or Mechanical Contractor Partners) and benefits of our refurbishment service in terms of cost-effectiveness, OEM expertise, sustainability, and performance.
Analyze activity trends, inventory levels, competitor activities, and customer feedback to construct sales strategies specific to growing A&R Services for Actiflo™ systems.
Work closely with marketing to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns for Actiflo™ A&R Services
Collaborate with Service Director to set and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the Actiflo™ A&R Services.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, activity trends, inventory management, and forecasts related to Actiflo™ A&R Services.
Ensure compliance with company policies, water treatment industry regulations, and environmental standards in all sales activities.
Coordinate with the technical team to provide accurate and up-to-date information on Actiflo™ system capabilities, upgrades, and refurbishment processes to potential clients.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related Science, Engineering, or Business field.
5+ years of experience in sales management, customer service or environmental technologies, preferably in the water treatment industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets or project execution in the water treatment or environmental sector.
Strong understanding of the Actiflo™ technology, mechanical equipment, and water treatment industry trends.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Google suite.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry conferences, and site visits (audits and installations).
