Description
The successful candidate should demonstrate an outstanding clinical diagnostics business leadership to deliver sales target and to drive bold growth. The candidate should have an effective partnership with channel partner to secure market opportunities. The candidate will closely collaborate with the regional divisional team and local channel partner to gain share and drive demand through the value propositions. Externally, to establish engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and key accounts will help for market penetration and enhance market influence.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully handling the channel partners in the clinical diagnostics division and with strong implementation action plans and intensity for an aggressive performance.Prospect and establish new opportunities by handling a sales pipeline and developing and delivering proposals to customers by illustrating Thermo Fisher’s value proposition.Develop and design the solutions selling strategies for new business opportunities and gaining market share.Maintain accurate and current records of proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads and actions for project pipelinesBuild and sustain relationships with KOL and ensure brand loyalty.Collaborate with extended team to drive initiatives that is in line with regional and or global strategic direction.Monitor competitive activity and follow industry trends, to provide competition solutions to gain the share.Timely submittal of forecasts, weekly reports, monthly highlights and other related reports for business reviewMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Science/ Biochemistry/ Medical technology or any Science related fields.Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience with good working knowledge of IVD industry segments (including 5 years in collaborating with channel partners).Ability to collaborate and interact with cross-unctional teams and matrix partners to achieve business results and drive sales/account strategies.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English.Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.Organized and a strong collaborator, able to work independently and across teamsProficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and PowerPointProficient in SFDCDemonstrate Thermo Fisher Scientific values – Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement.
