Job Description

To implement the Money Management & Advisory Voice & Digital business model and specifically develop and grow a team of Digital Financial Planners ensuring efficient delivery of financial services to our clients.

To also manage day to day activities of the Financial Planners to deliver against defined operational plans and campaigns to achieve their sales and revenue targets.

To ensure adherence to all business processes, regulatory requirements in terms of FAIS, and mandatory compliance measures.

QualificationsMinimum QualificationsWealth Management / Financial Planning qualification (or any FAIS aligned qualification) – Preference for Certified Financial Planner (CFP®)RE5 & RE1Minimum required qualification and experience in terms of FAIS fit and proper requirements – To represent Money Management & Advisory as a Key Individual

 

Experience Required5+ years’ experience in managing, coaching, and developing a team of financial plannersProven successful sales track record in the financial services industryPeople management experience leading teams and motivating peoplePreferred Experience in Virtual Financial Planning and Digital EnhancementPreferred work experience in a financial planning Call CentrePreferred financial planning experience within a banking environmentNegotiating skills and conflict handling
