Headquartered in Malvern, PA, CPI is supported by: >2,500 global associates, 7 manufacturing sites, 12 corporate offices and 43 service branches. **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING** As a Sales Manager on our Gaming team, you will be responsible for the execution of a combined sales & marketing strategy that drives the sale of Crane Payment products into our Gaming customers. This role will play a pivotal role in development & expansion of corporate business relationships and building and implementing sales strategies.]. The Sales Manager will have a direct impact on our Gaming business, responsible for: + Developing and executing strategic sales plans and tactical account plans to support successful achievement of the channel goals within assigned region. + Managing sales to individual customer locations and manage complex multi-property corporate agreements and relationships, leading indirect associates in other regions as necessary. + Continuously Improving the quality of the company’s market position and brand image through professional, value-based sales presentations. Promote the value of the product through Return-On-Investment models and understand and communicate increased profitability through the products use and application. + Managing OEM and distributor relationships as needed within the region to ensure alignment of business plans and the efficient and effective use of company and distributor resources. + Establishing and growing relationships with North American Casino Management and Personnel which are built on integrity and trust. Ensuring that mutuality grows in each relationship. + Managing responsibility for expense spending, trade budgets, progress reporting and sales forecasts. + Working internally with associated departments to develop and improve business processes, products, marketing initiatives, advertising, and promotion. + Participating in and influencing our success at industry trade shows. **WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR** You will bring a performance focused attitude with well demonstrated success in sales achievement. Qualifications and Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Additional education or postgraduate work is a plus. + Minimum of 7 years in strategic sales focused on building relationships with accounts and delivering a consistent yet evolving message of value. Successful experience in gaming sales, specifically slot operations. + Demonstrate strategic sales success through effective planning, organization, and resource utilization. + Consistently displayed market and opportunity analysis and problem solving skills. + Ability to gather, link, and co-ordinate market trends and competitor activity to the advantage of CPI. + Demonstrate the ability to interact and sell to all levels of an organization. + Proven track record of driving and improving personal results while supporting organizational goals and objectives. + Strong written and verbal communications skills along with solid presentation skills. Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. + Must be willing to travel within region 70% of the time. + Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large account portfolios and multiple initiatives.
