The "Government Sales Manager-North1 " for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics
This position is part of the "Government Business Team " located in " Delhi" and will be " Onsite". At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the " Government Sales team-India and North1 Regional Team and report to the Head-Sales, Government Business, India > responsible for Growing Government Business profitably If you thrive in a <insert adjective eg amazing, multifunctional, leadership, fast paced, supporting> role and want to work to build a world-class <enter name of function eg supply chain, talent management, marketing> organization—read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Work with Govt. Institutions across Delhi-NCR & Uttar Pradesh.
2. Work closely & in Tandem with other Beckman Coulter’s customer facing “Sales, Application & Service “ Associates.
3. Manage the Existing Accounts as well as upcoming projects.
4. Upbring the performance of existing customers while also bring in new revenue opportunities to Beckman.
5. Grow with unlimited opportunities for Self/professional Growth within Beckman/DANAHER.
The essential requirements of the job include:
1. Science/Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate with a preferable Management Degree.
2. Rich & Strong experience with reputed MNCs handling Cap Ex products in Healthcare.
3. Quick Learning & Adopting to Beckman/ DBS Culture and Processes. Customer Centric approach, Good interpersonal skills , Team Player, balancing nature of driving the Business/deliverables individually as well as thru the peer associates.
4. Strong understanding of Process , Customers buying journey, Stake holder management and key Account Management related to Govt. Institutes with Ability to Travel extensively, ~ 10 days of outstation work.
5. Agility for constant upgradation, Think Big, understanding & Track record of bringing Profitable Growth.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
1. Proven experience of dealing with Institutions like of DGAFMS, HLL-HITES, HSCC, NIRMAN BHAVAN, BARODA HOUSE, AIIMS-Delhi with proven remarkable accomplishments.
2. Had worked with Top bureaucrats, M.D. s of State Medical Corporation.
3. Good understanding of the various Central/State Govt. Health Schemes, the Funds availability & Flow.
