Develop and maintain customer base in all assigned markets.Achieve or Exceed personal sales goals, monthly, quarterly, annually, through account development and maintenance.Attend Sales Meetings, office events, hotel-sponsored functions, and industry functionsConsistently offer professional, engaging and proactive guest serviceIdentify and execute key action steps each quarter that will achieve booking goalsWork with the Management to meet and exceed budgeted group room ratesActively target new business within the territory assignedAble to think strategically and maximize our group potential to include use of meeting space for meetings and events. Arrival and departure patterns that fit with the hotel business needsFully qualify each Group business opportunity to understand the full potential of the booking and accountCoordinate with conventions services on groups involving rooms and banquet revenue.
Qualifications

Requirements

At least 2 years experience in a previous leadership role requiredExperience in a luxury hotel brand preferredCollege degree in a related disciplineExcellent oral and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood command of EnglishAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamOnly local candidates will be considered
