Sales Manager, Indirect Sales

As a Sales Manager, Indirect Sales at Constant Contact, you will lead, coach, and motivate a team of 6-8 Indirect Sales Reps.  The sales reps are responsible for working with net new customers to acquire new business (mid-market and commercial customers) as well as our existing book of business to grow existing partnerships.

 

What you’ll do:

Lead and oversee a team of 6-8 Indirect Sales Representatives. Monitor, evaluate, and analyze key performance metrics to drive business results and offer strategic insights to senior leadership. Introduce creative strategies to enhance both individual and team performance. Continuously coach and support your team’s development. Be accountable for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and ensure your team remains accountable for meeting their targets.

 

Who you are:

A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. You have 1-3 years of inside sales experience, ideally with mid-market and enterprise clients. You possess 2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the mid-market and enterprise sectors. A background in SaaS sales and selling services or technology to small businesses is highly desirable. You have a process-oriented approach to work. You are committed to helping our new and existing partners succeed. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. You bring enthusiasm and a positive mindset to work every day and believe in creating a fun and engaging workplace. You're passionate about winning and being part of a high-performing team and thrive in competitive environments. You enjoy developing and coaching team members to reach their full potential. You're highly collaborative and always seeking ways to improve, both personally and as a team. You're comfortable seeking and incorporating feedback from all levels of the organization. You have strong analytical skills. You excel in managing and adapting to change.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
