Job Summary:
Drives revenue on our assets through a deep understanding of clients’ needs and the local marketplace, coaching and guiding the Inside Sales Team, and successfully delivering company initiatives. Focuses on KPIs and key coaching initiatives to help the Inside Sales Team succeed and grow.
Job Responsibilities
Develops sales team through recruiting, selecting, training and onboarding, exceptional sales talent.Coaches and develops the inside sales team, delivering ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and overall performance and key performance indicators (KPIs). Manages, coaches, and develops the inside sales team and holds them accountable against KPIs.Creates engagement and recognition opportunities including contests, leader boards, etc.Analyzes sales performance data, develops actionable insights, and implements initiatives that drive continued sales growth.Maintain accurate records of all leads and sales.Assists in forecasting goals and budget for the Inside Sales Team.Regularly evaluate KPIs of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and entire team.Drives for revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually while reporting revenue projections and forecasting.Other projects and duties as assigned.Job Qualifications
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.Work Experience
Three (3) + years of successful business-to-business sales experience required.Two (2) + years of experience leading an Inside Sales Team preferred.Media sales experience and understanding of broadcast and internet/digital applications preferred.Experience managing remotely preferred.Skills
Has demonstrated ability to make business and staffing decisions while creating positive energy with the team; leads through all circumstances and challenges.Has extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.Is proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Cloud Contact Center.Competencies
