Sales manager, L&I
**In this role, you have the opportunity to:** + Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology. + Manage Philips PH national B2B business and channel development. **You are responsible for:** + You will lead 2 part business: + National Distribution with selected SKU under selected partner + Gifting channel (loyalty and incentive channel) + Initiate Philips PH B2B business strategy plan by understanding business needs and providing tailored value propositions. + Develops, maintains and improves relations with existing and new customers to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier. + Sells assigned portfolio of products for L&I business, negotiating with clients, generating leads. + Partners with inside sales and marketing teams to initiate competitive promotion plan + Based on the company's strategy and the actual market situation, effectively leverage L&I resources to achieve the best cost-efficiency. + New channel development. **You are a part of:** The Omni sales team within Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will report to Omni Sales Leader and collaborate with many other teams including Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain **To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:** + Bachelor’s degree or above + More than 5 years’ experience in sales, L&I sales management is preferred + Experience of FMCG and distributor management is required + Work experience in multinational companies is preferred. + Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
