Mackenzie Stuart is working in close collaboration with an international warehouse and logistics solutions company. The company is a leading specialist in Warehouse Automation solutions.
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager role, based in Germany.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Meet or exceed order intake goals, demonstrating a strategic approach to market penetration and revenue growthLead efforts in identifying and developing new business opportunities, utilizing industry networks and market research to generate high-quality leadsConvert leads into formal agreements, managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closingEffectively manage both external (clients, consultants, suppliers) and internal stakeholders, facilitating buy-in and support for solution proposalsCollaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and market trendsStay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and technological advancements to identify new business opportunities and enhance value propositionsTo be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
5+ years of experience in intralogisticsUniversity degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical fieldNative German speaker, and excellent English both verbal and writtenExtensive network within the intralogistics sector in GermanyStrong negotiating and contractual skills, with legal knowledge to support CAPEX contract negotiationsIn-depth knowledge of automated warehouse solutions and their applicationsReadiness to travel frequently to meet clients across the regionDue to the high number of applications, if you have not heard back within 14 days, please assume you have been unsuccessful.
