Sales Manager

RideNow Powersports, a leader in the powersports industry, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
+ Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
+ Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
+ Train and onboard new sales team members
+ Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
+ Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings
+ Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
+ Monitor and maintain inventory levels
Requirements:
+ Previous experience in sales management, preferably in the powersports industry
+ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
+ Strong leadership and team management skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Customer-focused mindset
+ Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
+ Knowledge of powersports products and industry trends
+ Valid driver's license with clean driving record
