Job Summary

If you are a Sales Management professional looking to advance your career, Emerson has an exciting role for you! Based in Singapore, the Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve financial targets. Create sales opportunities, provide sales forecast, and submit monthly sales reports. Key contact for lifecycle services installed based customers in Singapore. Organize quarterly meetings and workshops with relevant stakeholders to understand customer pains and generate more leads. Differentiate Emerson’s solutions from the competition by focusing on our clear and compelling value propositions Grow solution and software sales, and upsell value engineering services. Collaborate with the Singapore sales organization to maintain and expand Emerson’s business within assigned customer base and industry Work with Marketing and Business Development teams to promote key solutions and drive brand awareness. Documenting plans, activities, and opportunities accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Support and reinforce a culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) across the country and model behaviors and leadership that support an inclusive culture. Cultivate a collaborative culture across functions. Drive employee engagement to market-competitive levels and own action plans to ensure needs of the employees and businesses are understood and met, reflected in improving metrics. Drive a strong safety culture in the commercial and operating teams ensuring implementation of safe practices and procedures to ensure a healthy safety culture. Lead by example, encourage employees to be safe and regularly report & review safety metrics at the engineering center. Promote hazard identification and proactive activities to prevent safety issues, and ensure all incidents are investigated and resolved in a timely manner. Who You Are:

 For This Role, You Will Need: 8 years sales experience, of which 5 years involved a complex solution or software sales process would be advantageous. Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting and creating new business. Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation of results to various stakeholders. Able to collaborate across fields, teams and organizational levels. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Degree in Computer Science/Computing in Information System/Data Science & Analytics or Digital/Technology related relevant field. Our Offer To You:
