Key Responsibilities:

- Beat and exceed sales objectives by coordinating with regional sales team.

- Formulate, develop and execute short and medium-term sales and marketing plans in order to achieve strategic goals.

- Work with regional sales team to develop and execute regional market-making plans.

- Need both strategic and tactical thinking.

- Dealer management skill is required.

- Deliver Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Report.

Qualifications:

- Good knowledge of industry, products, and applications.

- At least 5 years’ sales/engineering experience in Manufacturing or Metrology segments.

- Successful track record on sales and sales management.

- Channel sales and marketing skill-set, ability to work with channel and be able to demonstrate leadership.

- Must be highly self motivated and possess good sales skills.

- Aggressive, result-oriented, creative, good team player. Strong ethical mind-set and integrity.

- Willing to travel.
