Are you an entrepreneurial sales leader looking for the opportunity to bring iconic brands to market? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager managing the Off Price Channel in our sales organization including Burlington, TJ Maxx and Ross Stores. In this role, you are responsible for developing both production and excess programs across Hasbro’s Boys Action, Games, Preschool and Fashion Brand portfolios. As the Off Price Sales Manager you will partner closely with our marketing and finance teams to build programs that meet retailer needs and hit or exceed internal financial metrics.

 

A Day In The Life:

Relationship Management: Establish connection with key accounts and cultivate/develop strong customer relationships. Regularly share insights and apply data to drive sell-in and sell-through. Develop a full understanding of account needs and work to achieve mutually beneficial results.

Brand Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Hasbro brands, consumer targets, and product line. Create account/channel specific strategies for sell-in including curating a product assortment that fits retailer needs and meets Hasbro revenue and margin targets.

Cross-Functional Partnerships: Lead negotiations for policy and manage the internal approval process for each program across marketing, finance, and sales leadership teams. Articulate customer needs and influence internally. Work in tandem with Operations, Logistics and Domestic and Import Planning teams to ensure timely shipments for all POs and projects.

Forecasting & Analytics: Accountable for delivering or exceeding sales targets. Responsible for using data to accurately project sales and regularly communicate any changes to the plan as they occur.

What You'll Bring:

BA/BS Required 5+ years of transferrable experience selling to Off-Price/Discount channel accounts Excellent communication and negotiation skills   Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced environment Results driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends Solutions oriented demonstrating the ability to problem solve creatively and effectively Strong time management, prioritization, planning, analytical, and organization skills Demonstrated and experienced portfolio management Strong understanding of retail finance Sophisticated Excel/Powerpoint/PC skills Minimum 30% travel required.

 

Compensation Range, Currency 
Starting Pay Range: $84,800
Pay Range End: $157,500
