Manage budget & cost control, business planning and mix, pipeline management, contracts management, pricing, monitoring, and reporting.
Contribute to, and where appropriate lead, the definition of a comprehensive multi-year Account or "key” market sales strategy, and the development of subsequent business plans for own area of responsibility
Closely monitor the market reaction to the sales strategy and adjust plans accordingly
Consolidate and provide accurate forecasts and pipeline reports
Lead bid proposal and benchmark teams for strategic business
Set performance targets and undertake regular performance appraisals, addressing any issues
Lead the contribution to annual budget and organizational planning.
Set and control appropriate budget and headcount plans for own cost center in line with Sales targets, monitoring and reporting on-going progress.
Facilitate long term holistic strategy for customer retention to leverage future opportunities and growth within the customers wider business.
Key Qualifications
Experience in Sales Manager role for sales to major enterprise (Samsung, Hyundai Motor, SK etc)
Experience in selling software to Manufacturing/Engineering industry
Relevant local University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or Sales (or lower qualification
with relevant work experience)
Proficient in CRM System (ex. SFDC)
