Key Responsibilities
 

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Lead, train, and manage a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives, including setting sales targets and monitoring performance. Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, to promote product awareness. Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales performance. Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences. Negotiate contracts with healthcare facilities to secure product listings and favorable terms. Oversee inventory levels and distribution logistics to ensure product availability aligns with sales strategies. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Team Leadership:

- Manage, mentor, and develop a strong team.

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and support to team members.


Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor s degree in business, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2-5 years in a people management role. Hematology/Oncology experiences is preferred. Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive business growth. Sales Forecasting: Predicting future sales with accuracy is essential for resource allocation, ensuring products are available in the necessary quantities to meet market demand. Product Lifecycle Management: Strategically managing a pharmaceutical product from inception to decline is crucial for maximizing revenue. Managers must analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies, ensuring the product remains competitive throughout its lifecycle. Tender Management: Good pricing negotiation skill and portfolio pricing strategy on tender management. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and product lifecycle management. Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English written/oral communication. Key Competencies:
