The Sales Manager will be responsible for the revenue and profitability targets and will drive the selling strategies and future direction of the business.The incumbent, along with the Commercial Leader, will lead the development, implementation and drive the growth strategies of the business in Philippines and Vietnam by providing clinical, product, technical expertise and supporting the activities of the Commercial Leader and Distributors. In this role, the incumbent will collect and evaluate information in the market; closely monitoring competitive activities and manage product configurations; the incumbent is tasked to generate ideas and concepts to increase awareness, usage and product values. The incumbent is also responsible for the revenue and profitability targets and will drive the selling strategies and future direction of the business, where all must comply with Baxter's Global Compliance & Integrity standards.
