Sales Manager Responsibilities: Manage daily sales activities and develop strategies to meet targets Oversee hotel performance in the group and leisure markets Cultivate new accounts while maintaining existing relationships Coordinate efforts to increase revenue and market share Handle business travel RFPs and individual/group requests Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to maximize brand exposure and partnerships
Sales Manager Qualifications: High School Diploma (University degree in a related field preferred) 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales leadership Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and online/social media platforms Hospitality experience and familiarity with Opera PMS are required Ability to travel for workshops, trade shows, and brand meetings Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
