Sales Manager
**Job Summary** The primary purpose of this role is mainly to lead the whole HK & Macau business to develop and expand market share in Hongkong & Macau market which is a high potential territory; optimize of channel management and explore new business opportunities; lead daily communication and daily management of key distributors; implement supervision separated from daily operations, and better meet the organizational and management objectives. **Job Responsibilities** + Crafting both strategic and tactical action plans for engagements with key stakeholders, both external and internal to ensure successful development business for Abbott rapid products. + Develop strategy of Distribution Management and design future development plan based on the company's strategic objectives. + Work with distributors to deliver sales target for Base business through daily management execution, to enhance the market share for HK&MC market expansion. + Lead daily communication and daily management of key distributors including inventory and secondary sales management, as well as set up pricing strategy to enhance profitability. + Support order implementation process with customer service team and Supply Chain. + Launch NPI to drive the sales growth especially in HK market. + Accountable for budget and operating expense management in HK&MC. + Work with Greater China teams to meet the needs of HK&MC, in terms of tools, materials, trainings and executional capability such as CARe & SFDC, etc. to enhance daily management activities. + Act as an ambassador for the business needs in Hong Kong and Macau clusters for the targeted segments. **Requirements: Education and Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in sciences or related discipline + Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in healthcare industry. IVD industry experience is preferred. + Effective presentation skill + Excellent interpersonal and influencing skill. + Fluent speaking of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin + Organized and able to effectively prioritize. + Functional knowledge of medical diagnostics + Collaborative: able to work closely with a range of cross-functional partners + Fast learner, intellectually curious and agile: able to quickly grasp and apply new scientific, clinical, or business concepts. + Travel as needed.
