Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.

Key Accountabilities:
Reach agreed business targets for all MTU Power Generation products with internal and external partners
Define and follow up of the business targets together with partners; actively promote the MTU Power Generation products
Business & market development, competitive analysis, generation of leads and positioning of MTU technology
Prepare respective market strategic decisions to grow the business in the associated countries within the framework of responsibility in close cooperation with the necessary internal and external partners
Provide specification / requirements to the application team; analyze the compliance of the proposal from the application team with the requirements from customer
Continuous upgrading with technical developments and with training, travels overseas on business, when required and complete special assignments from time to time
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree/Diploma qualified in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with substantial regional technical and sales experience for diesel and/or gas engine / generator industry, or DRUPs or power station business
Strong sales track record and leadership, understanding the Asian cultures and business practices
Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills with good Knowledge in the power generation market
Good communication and proficient in English, mandarin proficiency is advantageous
Proactive, business oriented and high energy personality
