We select, stock, and sell brands such as Modelo, Coors, Heineken, Fireball, VMC and many more! • Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday • Shift: Early start times • Salary: $111,000-$135,000/year + opportunity to earn annual increases Additional Perks • Medical, Dental, and Vision plan options available • 401K with company match • Paid Training with several development opportunities to nurture your career growth • Tuition Reimbursement, Wellness programs, Paid Time Off, and Employee Discounts • Appreciation events throughout the year full of prizes, gear, and fun Position Responsibilities:  The Sales Manager manages field sales execution in local, regional and national customer accounts while leading all sales priorities and initiatives As a Sales Manager, you will leverage the company’s training programs to ensure employees build their capabilities while coaching them and providing clear direction to the merchandising and sales teams You will serve as the connections between retail store level leadership and field operations to sell in and adhere to customer marketing agreements while driving collaboration between supply chain and field sales execution You will provide feedback to both the national customer teams and the sales leadership team to ensure alignment on marketplace conditions and competitive landscape You will execute and achieve all channel, package and pricing plans while collaborating with distribution, warehouse and other functions and serving as a key enabler for supply chain initiatives, supporting efficiencies in ordering and forecasting Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:  College Degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of related sales experience, including 3+ years of management experience.
