This position works at Istanbul location in the Diabetes Division that we’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. We’re seeking a qualified sales manager who can help the organization with their own sales skills as well as leadership of a team of driven sales specialists.
What You’ll Do
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.Research customer needs and identify how our solutions address them.Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer baseMeet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needsRecruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performanceIdentify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling themEnsure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progressRequired Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or management-related course.Fluency in English (both spoken and written).Three or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate healthcare/ medical device settingProven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closingExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsSuperb leadership abilityAbility to travel at least 20% of the timeApply Now
