Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide general administrative services at the business level. Each day, you will perform general administrative activities. You will also showcase your expertise by providing backup support to the team in case of workload.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tSupports & coaches the sales team on the value sales, manages the direct reports to achieve order and profitability targets•\tBuilds effective, competent, and high-performing teams•\tSupports the development of strong relationships with key customers. •\tDefines Key sales targets and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor the performance.•\tAnticipates and identifies the shortfalls in performance and take appropriate remedial actions proactively.•\tIdentifies and evaluates new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation and allocates required resources.•\tPlans and executes customer surveys and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.•\tPromotes and enables collaboration in the business line, across business lines, divisions , business areas, and teams to maximize results for ABB.•\tCoaches, motivates and develop direct and indirect reports within HR policies
Qualifications for the role\t12+ years of sales experience in the environmental protection area\tSound knowledge of PGC, CGA, FTIR & Laser Analyser is preferred\tExpertise with the National EPA regulation & Local EPA practices \tMust be result-oriented and sales driven professional\tMust be high sensitivity of marketing trend.\tHaving exploration competitor capability and establishing/maintaining customer relations\tFluency in reading & written English
