Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced female sales manager to develop and manage our product sales strategies. The selected individual will be responsible for leading the sales team, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals
• Managing and leading the sales team, motivating the sales team to achieve the goals and providing the necessary training and support
• CRM management Overseeing the use of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and ensuring accurate and up-to-date recording of all customer interactions, sales activities and developments.
Monitoring customer communications and ensuring professional and timely responses to requests, calls and emails.
• Analyzing sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop sales channels
• Prepare and present regular reports of sales performance and provide relevant analysis
• Monitoring the sales process from beginning to end
• Working closely with other departments of the company to ensure optimal customer service
• Attending exhibitions and events related to the industry
• Guiding the company in public and private tenders.
• Design and implementation of sales strategy
• Providing appropriate and effective solutions to solve problems
• Reviewing the status of competitors in the market.
Skills and competencies:
• At least 10 years of work experience in the field of sales (more than 5 years of sales team management experience)
• Familiarity with the principles of professional negotiation and persuasion techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to manage and lead the sales team
• Mastery of CRM software
• Analytical and problem solving skills
