Nous recherchons un/une Responsable Commercial(e) (H/F) pour rejoindre nos équipes !

Notre activité Faurecia Clarion Electronics Europe recherche un(e) Responsable Commercial(e) pour être basé(e) à Paris au sein de notre Centre R&D (dans le 12ème arrondissement, proche du métro Cour St Emilion).

Intégré(e) à l'organisation Commerciale, l'Ingénieur(e) Commercial(e) Europe est responsable du développement commercial du portefeuille de produits qui lui est attribué.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Développer une relation de proximité avec les contacts clients (achats, ingénierie, programmes) :

o  Établir de bonnes relations avec le client

o  Promouvoir les innovations

o Développer le chiffre d’affaires et les marges

o  Consolider le niveau de satisfaction du client

Acquisition :

o Préparer les offres commerciales clients en réponse aux RFS/RFI/RFQ

o Construire le business plan nécessitant une bonne compréhension des dossiers de chiffrage niveau technique, outillage et R&D

o  Proposer la stratégie de négociation

o Formaliser l'offre

o  Construire les cost breakdowns

o Présentation de l’offre et négociation avec le client afin de gagner les business

Programmes et vies séries :

o Optimiser les marges en prenant en compte de l'économie locale (inflation, taux de change)

o Préparer et négocier les évolutions techniques en cours de développement au niveau prix pièce, outillage et R&D

o Manager les propositions de productivité en vie série

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Master en commerce ou un diplôme d'ingénieur avec une volonté de développer un parcours professionnel dans le commerce

Expériences significatives dans la vente ou le management de projet (5-8 ans)

Maîtrise de l'anglais

A l'aise avec les données financières

Bonnes capacités de communication, de présentation, et capacité d'empathie

Orientation résultats, client et esprit d'équipe

Bonne capacité d'analyse et rigueur

Connaissance de l’industrie automobile
