Job Description Are you an experienced Sales Manager or Business Development Manager looking for a job change in 2025? Faststream are working with a renowned, Marine OEM/ survival solutions company who are looking to hire in their UK/ Midlands based office due to a busy pipeline of work.
This business are known for their cutting edge technology and have a global presence in the Maritime market, working in the Commercial, Leisure and Emergency sectors.
They are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager to join the team, ideally based in their office with some flexible working and travelling also.
What we’re looking for
Ideally 5 - 15 years business development or key account management, ideally within the marine industry. Proven expertise in delivering value propositions and managing key accounts. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A self-starter mindset with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure. Flexibility to travel as required, with a valid UK driving license. Knowledge and experience of the Marine market, any background in offshore, leisure or commercial sales beneficial Key Responsibilities
Drive external sales and business development to achieve budgetary and strategic goals for all sectors in the UK market. Expand product sales within the marine leisure and offshore market. Oversee business development activities to deliver new customer growth plans. Regularly report sales pipelines, future opportunities, and competitor analysis Why Join Us
