Your profile and competencies to succeed

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Electronic Automotive Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales activities of electronic automotive components and systems. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategies to penetrate the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive electronics, sales management, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets for electronic automotive products.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure the team is knowledgeable about products and sales techniques.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), Tier 1 suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
• Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise:
• Stay up to date on electronic automotive systems, including ECUs, sensors, infotainment systems, ADAS, and electric vehicle components.
• Provide technical sales support to customers and assist in addressing technical queries.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities.
• Reporting and Forecasting:
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Qualifications:
• Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven track record in automotive or electronics sales management.
• Experience working with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Strong understanding of electronic automotive systems and technologies.
• Skills:
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Environment:
• Hybrid of office-based and field-based work.
• Regular travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
