Sales Manager

A career booster opportunity for Experienced Sales and Business professionals.  This position of Sales Manager reports into Product Business Leader and leads Sales for Gas Detection product line of Honeywell’s Process Measurement and Controls GBE. The position offers the opportunity to lead a team of Sales professionals and to work with senior product business leaders to deliver the business growth.

ü Roles and Responsibilities

•        Lead, motivate and build a high-performance sales team and develop talents for larger roles within Honeywell.

•        Foster a trust-based relationships with Operations and Solution consultant team, to deliver the results.

•        Meeting Order and revenue targets on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for Gas Detection Product line on pan india basis.

•        Driving sales efficiency and discipline in sales team.

•        Drive monthly reporting and linearity in orders.

•        Identifying gaps in the current coverage and expand channel network to bring in incremental order growth.

•        Motivating the sellers to demonstrate account management to sell more within accounts.

•        Customer Focused: Drives customer acquisition, development, experience, and retention.  

•        Address new business opportunities with appropriate business and talent strategy.

ü  Minimum years of experience, minimum education, minimum skills

•        Total 15 to 18 years’ experience in driving order growth, in a territory/ product line for process industry, Oil and GAS Industry. Handling diversified OEM accounts, Sales through Channel Partners shall be a key experience preferred.

•        Experience in Gas Detection portfolio is preferred.

•        Demonstrate good people management skills and lead a high performing culture.

•        Should have minimum Engineering graduation in Electronics / Instrumentation

•        Strong communicator with ability to influence and drive actions, collaborative management style.

•        Honesty and integrity in all dealings is a must.
