Sales Manager
Description We are looking to onboard a Sales Manager in the Short Hills, New Jersey area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for understanding the market demands, selling to manufacturers and wholesale stores, and expanding the business operations in the future. Responsibilities: • Gain a thorough understanding of wooden panels, their types, and applications • Develop and manage relationships with manufacturers and wholesale stores for wholesale sales • Understand and adapt to market demands for wooden panels • Lead the company's expansion efforts in different locations • In the future, assemble and manage a team to support sales and business development activities • Utilize Sales Management Systems to effectively manage sales processes and customer relationships. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. • Proven track record in Sales Management. • Extensive knowledge and experience with Sales Management Systems. • Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrable ability to set and achieve sales targets. • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities. • Proficient in analyzing market trends and sales data. • Experience in developing strategic sales plans. • Knowledge of CRM tools and software. • Ability to handle high-stress situations and make decisions under pressure. • Excellent customer service skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Strong understanding of industry trends and market conditions. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to train and mentor sales staff for maximum performance.
