Purpose and Mission
To strengthen the current growth, we are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales
Manager (RSM) with strong value-based technical skills and previous experience in
the construction and/or concrete markets. The ideal individual will have the proven
ability to grow developing markets and seize new opportunities. This function will
report directly to the Area Sales Manager Canada & US South.
Your Impact as Regional Sales Manager
• Drive growth of Dramix® steel fibers and Synmix® synthetic fibers by raising
awareness among key stakeholders, including specifiers, contractors, ready-mix
producers, and other industry influencers.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain Bekaert’s position as the industry’s most
technically proficient provider of fiber-reinforced concrete flooring solutions for
industrial and commercial including structural & nonstructural systems.
• Identify, pursue, and manage strategic projects that align with growth objectives and
deliver measurable business impact.
• Deliver compelling presentations tailored to diverse audiences, showcasing the value
proposition of fiber-reinforced concrete solutions.
• Negotiate and close high-value sales agreements exceeding $1 million.
• Provide consultative approach recommendations supported by clear evidence and
Bekaert’s industry expertise.
• Monitor macro and micro market trends, competitive activities, and emerging
technologies to inform strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Advocate for new product innovations and contribute to developing strategies that
expand market presence and specifications.
• Engage with local and national construction industry organizations and participate in
relevant events.
• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working autonomously as well as
collaboratively.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with autonomous and strong decision-making abilities,
balancing accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex
concepts in simple terms.
• Adaptable, with strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Hunter like attitude to establish relationships and promote steel fiber-reinforced
concrete solutions.
• Deep curiosity to understand market needs and expectations from both technical and
business perspectives.

• 5+ years of working experience in the construction market (preferably in the
industrial sector).
• Familiarity with industrial building codes and ACI norms
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management toolsSelf-motivated, self-starter
• Knowledge of reinforced concrete design and related American norms, national
standards, and recommendations.
• Willingness and ability to travel a minimum 50% within territory, and to some national
meetings in various locations
• Preferred candidate would reside in the South (Tennessee or Florida metro
areas)
technical sales. Structural engineering or Civil engineering majors with a PE
