Basic Job Functions: The job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: (1) Leadership role in promoting Nucors Mission ensuring safety is instilled as a value, an appropriate focus on community & environmental stewardship, and a proven focus on profitability. (2) Develop and execute a commercial and sales strategy, being a team leader in the Bar Group Sales and Marketing group, while providing world class customer service, (3) Developing team members through building relationships, training, and individual coaching, (4) Analyzing data and situations, thinking strategically, negotiating effectively, and managing multiple projects simultaneously, (5) Working collaboratively within the team to motivate and inspire an entire operation as part of the Leadership Team at Nucor Steel Marion.
