Sales Manager
Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client's team in the Short Hills, New Jersey area. This key role will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with manufacturers and wholesale distributors within the wooden panel industry. Key Responsibilities: • Develop an in-depth understanding of wooden panels, their varieties, applications, and market trends. • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with manufacturers and wholesale clients to drive sales and business partnerships. • Monitor and respond to evolving market demands to position our offerings for success. • Lead strategic initiatives to expand our footprint into new markets and territories. • Build, inspire, and manage a high-performance sales team as the business scales. • Leverage Sales Management Systems to streamline processes, optimize customer interactions, and maximize sales effectiveness. Requirements Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred). • Proven experience in Sales Management with a strong track record. • Proficient in Sales Management Systems and CRM tools. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze market trends and set/achieve sales targets. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
