Sales Manager
Americor is hiring a Remote Sales Manager to lead a team of 15+ Debt Consultants. Your key responsibilities will include driving team performance, delivering effective sales training, managing enrollments, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and guiding your team on time management. You'll also ensure your team remains compliant with Americor’s high-quality standards. Given the fast-paced nature of our environment, strong leadership is essential to keeping your team motivated, particularly during high-volume periods. A positive, resilient mindset will be crucial to your success in this role.
